How do I order?

Ordering from Calypso is simple. Browse our collections, choose the piece that speaks to your story, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details (Hong Kong only at this time), and complete payment via credit card, PayPal, or local bank transfer. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your myth leaves our studio.

What materials are used?

Can I return a purchase?

Every Calypso piece is crafted with heirloom-quality materials:

• Gold vermeil: 14K or 18K gold layered over 925 sterling silver at 2.5 microns (US legal standard for vermeil)

• Sterling silver: 925 silver, rhodium-plated for anti-tarnish

• Gemstones: Lab-grown rubies, topaz, amethyst, pearls, moissanite, and cat eye stones — all AAA quality

• Base metal for plated pieces: 925 silver or nickel-free brass

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all packaging artifacts (myth scroll, oracle card, certificate). Custom-sized pieces and engraved items are final sale. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. You'll receive instructions and a return address in Hong Kong. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Currently, Calypso ships only within Hong Kong. This is because we want every order to arrive quickly, safely, and with the personal care your myth deserves — and our logistics are built for local delivery. International shipping is coming soon. If you're outside Hong Kong and wish to be notified when we go global, join The Cove (our community) and we'll email you the moment you can place an order.
